I offer limited in-person Trauma Therapy Intensives and Couples Intensives.
I offer limited online 1:1 coaching and intensives to international clients.

I use Zoom for online therapy and coaching. Zoom works on all major mobile and desktop browsers. You’ll get a link before your appointment.
Every service I offer is available and completely effective online. This applies to all the modalities I offer for therapy, intensives, RRP groups, and coaching.
I’m someone who used to think that therapy would only work and feel good in person. I’ve since tried online therapy as a client and it really hit home that it’s better to get online therapy from someone who has the right skill set for my needs than in-person therapy from someone who doesn't. Genuine rapport and beautiful healing can happen online and in person when it’s the right fit.
Online sessions offer the comfort of being at home if you experience strong emotions during sessions or fatigue after. Online therapy is also an amazing fit for people who prefer not to leave the house due to various health, family, and work commitments.

I offer limited in-person therapy and coaching Intensives. In-person intensives are sometimes available on weekends at a premium rate.

$175 - $200 (Canadian) for 60 minute sessions (no tax; pay what feels right for you within this range; please note that many therapist fees are listed for 50 minute sessions)
90 minute sessions are prorated based on your 60 minute session rate.
**90 min sessions are recommended for Trauma Regulation and Integration Processing (TRIP) therapy sessions.
90 min sessions may also be booked when you feel like a longer session is a better fit for your needs. Longer sessions allow for going and staying deeper without feeling rushed to wrap up a session in 60-minutes.

During your free 20 min consultation, you’re invited to ask questions and share your concerns, goals, and hopes for therapy.
During your first session, we’ll go over consent and intake forms as part of the intake and assessment process. We’ll also take time to explore more deeply why you’re seeking therapy. You can ask questions and share what you hope therapy will look and feel like. This includes reflecting on how you’d like to feel or what would be different in your life after therapy.
The first session also gives you a chance to decide if my therapy style and approach feels like a good fit for you.

Therapy looks different for everyone. How long you’ll need therapy depends on your situation. Some people prefer 4-8 sessions to tackle one issue or goal. Others may attend therapy for six to twelve months or longer to heal from childhood and complex trauma.
You’re welcome to see me for one issue or return to therapy with me at various points in your life to address different issues as they come up.
I recommend starting with weekly sessions. After a few sessions, you may decide to move to biweekly sessions or you may want to try an intensive session in addition to (or as a replacement for) your weekly or biweekly sessions.
You’re also welcome to book with me only for an Individual or Couples Intensive Therapy Package. You can even book an intensive with me as an add on to your weekly therapy with another therapist.
With the intensive model, some people make huge progress after only one or two intensives. Intensives run for 2-4 hours each day (with extra time for breaks) for 1-3 days in a row.

Therapy Intensives are a great option for many reasons. The traditional weekly therapy model works wonderfully for some people and isn’t a great fit for others. Or maybe weekly sessions work well for you for some issues and other times you wish there was a way to dive into an issue and really work through it more quickly and without interruptions.
There’s no one right way to do therapy. Intensives are becoming more popular because they work wonders in some situations. Intensives are an investment that will help you accelerate your healing journey so you can see results and feel better faster.
Therapy intensives are especially helpful to process and heal trauma. I’m trained in several trauma focussed therapies that are a great fit for long term trauma healing. These modalities also lend themselves really well to the intensive therapy format. When your relationship isn’t working, it impacts your whole life. Hitting another rough patch, repeating the same arguments, life transitions, attachment wounds, and trauma can cause unbearable pain in our intimate relationships.
Sometimes weekly therapy is absolutely the best fit. And sometimes creating uninterrupted time and space to dive deep into your relationship dynamics is invaluable. Imagine finally understanding why you both do what you do, experiencing deep empathy for the other person’s pain, taking ownership, changing patterns, and feeling a renewed sense of hope and connection in just one weekend.
Couples Intensives include both therapy and learning new skills. Each intensive package is customized to include modalities, skills, and activities that work best for the couple. The modalities I’m trained in lend themselves extremely well to the intensive format.

Individual and Couples Therapy Intensives are priced according to the number of hours per session (2-4 hours with extra time for breaks) and the total number of days (1-3).
Intensives are customized to your needs and include a 90 min pre-intensive session, the intensive session hours, and a 90 min post-intensive session.
Short Intensive Example:
Face-to-face time of 6 hours online, in person, or a combination of both
Investment: starts at $1530 (may be lower for current clients)
Long Intensive Example:
Face-to-face time of 15 hours online, in person, or a combination of both
Investment: starts at $3770 (may be lower for current clients)
For this option, clients can schedule the 15 hours of intensive therapy 3 days in a row or over a maximum of one month depending on scheduling availability.
Customized Therapy Intensives typically range from 6 to 15 face-to-face hours online, in-person, or a combination of both. Longer intensives may be possible based on scheduling availability. Some people prefer to do therapy in intensive formats only and can book ongoing intensives over time.

RRP groups are for people who want to do deep inner child healing work. RRP is a powerful model that help you finish the unfinished business from your childhood so you can reclaim intimacy and foster healthier relationships in your adulthood.
The groups I run are based on the model developed by Amanda Curtin (LICSW) and popularized by Patrick Teahan (LICSW). I feel fortunate and grateful to receive ongoing training and supervision from both of them.
I typically offer 4-6 RRP groups on an ongoing basis. Some are 6-month groups and some are longterm groups.
Please note that completion of a 6-month RRP group is mandatory before you’ll be considered for a longer term three-year group.
I’m open to forming an in-person group in Victoria, BC, if there’s enough local interest.
Weekly RRP group sessions are 90 minutes long and cost $120 (Canadian) per session. Some sliding scale spots are available. I’m also open to a lower fee based on your local currency.

Coaching may be a better fit for you if you’re looking for support without meeting the criteria for needing mental health therapy. Coaching is available online across BC, within Canada, and to international clients.
I work with women who are trying to create an authentic life based on their own wants and needs while also navigating the expectations, pressures, and demands of growing up in a collectivist family, culture, and community.
Coaching is available in monthly (4 session), 3-month, and 6-month packages and through Coaching Intensives.

I don’t offer low-fee sliding scale rates for 1:1 sessions at this time. Unfortunately, I need to charge fees that account for the extremely high cost of living and raising a family in Victoria, BC.
Charging full fee also allows me to take trainings & courses and access skilled supervision between your sessions. This means you’re getting the absolute best service to help you feel better faster.
***I offer sliding scale spots in my RRP group only.

I require at least of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule sessions and I appreciate 48 hours whenever possible. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or don’t show up for your session, you will be charged the full session fee.
Your session time has been set aside for you and could be used by another client with enough notice.
