I offer space to heal even the most painful wounds and complex trauma by helping you access the experiences, knowledge, and wisdom stored in your mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in helping people figure out how all the big and small wounds they’ve accumulated interact and play out in their life and relationships. This includes acknowledging and exploring all aspects of identity and the (often dysfunctional) systems we live in. I believe wounds that originated in unhealthy relationships heal in safe relationships, including the one with your therapist.
After therapy with me, people walk away feeling seen, heard, lighter, and more connected to themselves and the people they care about. They have the skills to navigate the hard stuff and create the life they want.

RRP Groups
Relationship Recovery Process (RRP) Childhood Trauma Recovery Groups were developed by Amanda Curtin (LISCW) & popularized by Patrick Teahan (LICSW). RRP groups help you heal childhood trauma and reclaim intimacy. Groups are available online and in-person. I’m fortunate to receive ongoing training and supervision from Amanda and Patrick.

Weekly Therapy
Weekly individual therapy is offered online and in-person in 60 minute and 90 minute sessions. I have training in Trauma Regulation and Integration Process (TRIP), Relationship Recovery Process (RRP), Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Interventions.

Trauma Therapy Intensives are an increasingly popular way to accelerate your therapeutic journey so you can feel better faster. Intensives include 3-5 hours of therapy per day for 1-3 days in a row. Your intensive will be designed after a free phone consult so it’s tailored to your needs and goals. Offered online and in-person, or a combination of both.

RRP
Relationship Recovery Process (RRP) is an experiential therapy model used to heal inner child trauma and reclaim intimacy. RRP involves your inner adult & inner child. If those terms don’t work for you, you can reframe them as wise mind & emotional mind, or coping parts & wounded parts.

TRIP
Trauma Regulation and Integration Process (TRIP) is an integrative treatment for PTSD and complex trauma. It incorporates all of the following therapeutic strategies in one modality: Eye-Brain Techniques; Parts Work; Emotion Focussed Strategies; Somatic Work; and Trauma Informed Attachment Work.

EFT & IFS
Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT) is a humanistic, attachment based therapy model that can be used with individuals, couples, and families. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a non-judgmental, transformative therapy model that uses Parts Work to understand and heal trauma.

Coaching
I offer 1:1 monthly, 3-month, and 6-month coaching packages and Coaching Intensives.. Coaching may be a better fit for you if you’re looking for support without meeting the criteria for therapy. Coaching is offered online and in-person across Canada and to international clients.
